5•14•2012. A certain individual didn't finish working on revisions, so you're getting another update of Trenches this week, followed by two revisions, as we get back on track.

Now, "Why," you might ask, "did this individual not fulfill their duty?" Because they were attending the graduation of many fine, young citizens of Adamant from one Alfred University, which seems to have survived the Desolation. (Congrats, guys!)

4•23•2012. I wrote this scene a long time ago, just after we decided that (duh) it might be beneficial to show more of the war in the comic. It feels great to finally see it come to life. In the very fist draft, this was a more anonymous soldier, but I'm really glad he turned into Allen, spawning the preceding scene at the farmhouse, as well as... well, you'll just have to wait and see...

4•16•2012. True fact: The ethereal call of "Stan? STAN?" is based on Terry Gilliam's masterpiece of darkly comedic cinema, Brazil. Of course, in this context, it's not nearly so romanticized...

4•2•2012. No foolin': Book 2 is back, Citizens! You all remember Aries and Atropos, right? Allen, Nathaniel, Will and the gang are ready for action. And, now that you've read the prologue, you know just what high stakes there are in a war on the Continent.
